Rising out of the swamps to the east and southwest, Bog Bluff is an outcropping of the Fabapóron Mountains. Probably formed ages ago in some catastrophic landslide, this large hill is still far from stationary. The marshy grounds of the area can not support its enormous weight, and the whole hill sinks a little deeper into the swamp with each passing year.
Dangling Dwellings
In an amazing feat of engineering, a small group of buildings manages to stay upright in this constantly shifting landscape. Tired of repairing the damage to their buildings, the locals decided to elevate their small community. Massive iron chains and an intricate pulley system attached to natural promontories actually suspend the foundations inches above the ground.
