Long ago, this was the delta of the Sivon River, where it flowed into the lake to the northwest at the end of its journey from the southern highlands. Now, with the flow of the river changed, all that is left is marshy ground. A thick fog envelops the region, lending it its name by casting it into eternal twilight.

Stone of Exchange

Also known as the Pedestal of Trade, this cilindrical rock juts out of the marshy ground. A few traveling merchants that dare brave the trails through the treacherous swamp do a lucrative business at the rock, exchanging their goods for purses filled with silver, which the entity known as the Wisp leaves for them.

Wisp

A small orb of light hovers through the mists of Duskmoor, guiding travelers and merchants alike. The Wisp enjoys trading with the merchants, if not the bartering. They have no complaint, the Wisp is fair and seems to know ahead of time what goods the merchants are offering. Stories of traders who double-crossed the Wisp and never returned from the marsh keep the traders fair, as well.
