This rocky peninsula was first called by its current name by a cartographer's three-year-old son after he saw the early results of the mapmaker's efforts in surveying the island. The name stuck and only the elder locals and maps recall that it was once called Gadurfen.

The Old Lighthouse

This old lighthouse is also known under the name 'The Scarlet Harlot', after its owner, Rae Danes. The name used depends on whether the visitor is there for the... additional entertainment the serving staff is willing to provide for a couple of extra silver, or for the trade in luxury goods Rae runs as a side business. Remarkably, men from the former group that are married tend to use the first name, as well.

Rae Danes

Fiery red hair, long legs, full lips, voluptuous curves and above all a shrewd mind. Rae Danes posesses all of these, though most of the clientele of 'The Old Lighthouse' is only interested in her physical attributes. Visiting merchants that make this mistake soon realize her intellect is not to be ignored, though usually only after she's emptied their purses -and- taken their merchandise.
