This is the highest point of the rocky outcroppings on the southern edge of the island. To the east they taper off to a peninsula jutting out into the Ocean of Isles. To the west you can follow the Sivon River down toward the forest and the magnificent keep of Cullinbar.

Big Thom's Place

The dark interior of this simple establishment frequently reflects the owner's mood. However, it provides a welcome diversion in the rough lives of the people in these hills. The home-brewed ale is actually pretty good, if you manage to ignore the fact that the glass it comes in is not exactly clean.

Big Thom

This gruff-looking man towers over you. His dark bushy eyebrows, unkempt black hair and beard, and stained and ripped apron do nothing to put you at ease. Of course, the foot-long butcher's knife at his side doesn't help either. You get the impression no sane man would want to cross Big Thom, and decide against mentioning your dirty beermug. It's no wonder not many merchants frequent his place.
