The 'Heart and Home' Inn

This huge inn provides rooms for weary travelers, but its most important function is that of communal building to the tight-knit community of Wood's Heart. The locals gather here for every celebration, from Midsummer Day to weddings, or just to meet and have an ale after work. The cozy hall really confirms the cliche that 'Home is where the Heart is'.

Gil Donner

Even though Gil is middle-aged, with his bald pate shining through his thin white hair, his eyes shine with a youthful pleasure at the people gathering in his inn. Besides being the proprietor of the 'Heart and Home' Inn, he is also the mayor of Wood's Heart, and he immensely enjoys the attention of the crowds of people he gets for his frequent speeches.
