The dense woods of Cullinbar have been cleared for a longbow shot from the city walls. The natural environment of Cullinbar Keep accounts for much of its strategical position; to the east it is cradled in outcroppings of the highlands. The Sivon River runs from the highlands directly around the walls and is crossed by drawbridges to the North and West Gates. The river finally ends at the Ocean of Isles, which borders the city to the south.

Cullinbar Keep

Massive granite blocks, cut by expert stonemasons to fit each other seamlessly, make up the walls and towers of Cullinbar Keep. Atop the turrets the Crimson Bobcat banner of Khadar waves alongside the Silver-and-Blue of the Caelians. Despite their loyalty, Mar'ek's followers seem to conveniently forget his orders to just fly the traditional Caelian Crest.

Boreal D'Harney

A dark-haired man in his middle years, Boreal D'Harney is dressed in simple but well-tailored clothing, and wears the badge of the Caelian Merchant Guild on his breast. The small Silver Scales on the Silver-and-Blue field of the Caelians gleam in the afternoon sun. You assume the man takes pride in his position, and polishes his badge often. You are right.
