Description: Herbs are needed to make potions? using the alchemy? skill

You need herbs to make:

  • Potions

Things you need to know about herbs:

  • each region grows only 1 type of herb.
  • picked herbs will rot away over time.
  • an herbalist requires a herbalism? skill of 7 in order to determine the amount of herbs in a region.
  • if too many herbs are picked in a region there may be none left. In this instance more herbs may be planted if they are of the same type and the unit has sufficient herbalism? skill.
  • the number of herbs found depends upon the herbalism? skill.
  • the herb growth rate depends on the season. Especially you may notice that in winter no herbs are growing.
  • try out several strategies of herb harvesting to maximize the outcome of herbs.
    Hint: Picking the same constant number each turn ist not the best solution.
